Troy's Home Inspection Service provides complete home inspection services for the Real Estate Community in Erie and Northern Chautauqua County region. Our Consulting/Home Inspection service is a visual inspection of the structural elements and systems which are accessible. The inspector will check the properties with you explaining everything in detail, so you understand it, including the any limitations that exist.

Our training and experience, give our inspectors the insight know what to look for and can readily compare any house and its systems with other houses of similar age and condition. All houses have strong and weak points, and can hide things only professionals can reveal.

Our inspection and reporting system allow you to gain the perspective and sound information you need to make better decisions. The scope of the Inspection, is to identify any major structural and mechanical deficiencies of the property inspected.

We strongly encourage all of our clients to accompany us during the inspection. Clients should feel free to ask the inspector any questions you may have during the inspection process. The inspector will explain everything in detail, and make sure you understand the findings, including the visual limitations.
