Thank you for arriving on time, you walked me through the inspection and explained everything we looked at. What I was most impressed with, was that you complimented the builder on things you saw done correctly, you didn't just focus on things that needed monitoring or replacement. My report was easy to read and arrived as a pdf document in my wifes email just 4 days later. You found things that I just would not have known. I now have a great knowledge of my house and its moving parts.
